Our Return and Exchange Policy allows you 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This policy applies in the following cases:
- The received item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery
- The product must be unused, with original packaging and labels attached
- The product received does not match the size ordered
To initiate a return, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to contact@sharkclothing.pk or calling 0334-5774275.
We will assess each dispute fairly and provide a replacement for defective or damaged items. For claims processing, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a shipping fee of Rs. 200 will be added for the returned item.
Our goal is to process returns within 5-7 business days, although during busy sale periods, processing may take up to 14 business days.
For size exchanges, please contact us at contact@sharkclothing.pk within 7 days of delivery and ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds are not offered, however, in exceptional cases where no solution can be provided, a store credit may be issued. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for refunds. Refund processing takes 7-10 business days.
For sale and discounted orders, exchanges are only eligible if the received product is incorrect. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The request is made outside the specified time frame
- The product is damaged due to use or tampering
